Notice to husbands

I know I am pretty frugal, but everyone knows that cheapest does not always mean best choice. Well, almost everyone. I sent my husband to the store to get trash bags- it is his job to write them on the list when they are half gone so I can pick some up, but he didnt. He brought some home and they are very flimsy, have no drawstring, tie or any way to close them, and practically fall apart with the smallest amount of trash.
